Sanford's Saturday Social Ride

Join us for Bicikleta's Lake Monroe Loop. This 28-mile ride will take you on an adventure around Lake Monroe. Saturday mornings - meet up is at 7:00 AM. Ride starts promptly at 7:30 AM. 

We have three paces for this ride.  Keep in mind, our paces are based on average speed not rolling speed:
•13 - 15 MPH

•15 - 17 MPH
•17 - 19 MPH

Groovy Gravel Night Ride

Time for some dust at dawn! Join us for our Groovy Gravel Night Ride as we take you exploring through Seminole State Forest. 2nd Thursday of the month!

  • Meet Up: 6:30 PM    Wheels Down: 6:45 PM
  • Ride routes will vary from month to month from 15 - 20 miles.
  • We will be riding in the dark for a good portion of this ride.
  • Helmets and lights are required to participate in this ride. E-bikes are welcome. 
  • Gravel tires, water, and nutrition are highly recommended.

Ladies Night at Markham Woods

Bicikleta has partnered with Sorba Orlando to create ladies' mountain bike paces for their Wednesday Night Rides on the last Wednesday of the month. This ride is a no-drop ride—no one gets left behind.

***Regular Wednesday Night Rides at Markham will still occur. These groups will take off before us.

Who should join the ladies pace?

  • Beginner riders
  • Intermediary riders
  • Experienced riders – this is your chance to inspire other ladies!
  • ALL THE LADIES

We hope this will encourage more female riders to come out and enjoy the night rides. Women are changing the face of cycling and have become a powerful force in mountain biking!

This event isn't just a bike ride! It is a journey through our community's rich history.

In celebration of Florida's Emancipation Day, this ride will take you through some incredible black communities and historic buildings that help shape Central Florida. 


12, 28, 45 and 60 Mile options. Every registered rider will receive a complimentary Ride to Freedom active shirt, snacks and drinks before and during rides (sag stops), and a historical celebration & lunch at Hopper's Academy. 

ASSUMPTION OF RISK, WAIVER, AND RELEASE
Assumption of Risk: I understand and accept that participating in bicycling exposes me to many hazards that may entail unavoidable risk of death, personal injury (including but not limited to severe spinal or head injury), and loss of or property damage. I also understand that I should be in good physical health to participate in bicycling. Despite the aforementioned risks and acknowledgments, by participating in any of Bicikleta's ride, I hereby assume all risks. I understand the inherent risk involved in participating and accept full responsibility for any and all such damage or injury that may result.

Waiver And Release: In participating in a ride in consideration of Bicikleta Bike Shop, I specifically release and forever discharge Bicikelta Bike Shop and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any and all liability or claims for injury, illness, death, or loss of or property damage which I may suffer while participating.

Florida Freewheelers

The Florida Freewheelers is a cycling club with more than 500 members based in Central Florida. Its members are people like you who ride bicycles for recreation, fitness and sport.  The club has riders of all shapes, sizes and skill levels ranging from beginner to recreational to racing. You may see cycling enthusiasts from the age of two to ninety-two.

Seminole Cyclists - Road Bike Club

Seminole Cyclists are spinning enthusiasts and outdoor cyclists who ride for recreation, fitness, training and sport.

We are located in Seminole County, Florida - North of Orlando. The club has riders of all shapes, sizes, ages and skill levels ranging from recreational to racing. We offer various regularly scheduled rides. Pick the ride that best suits your riding skill. 

Sorba Central Florida - Mountain Bike Club 

SORBA Orlando is the Orlando/Central Florida chapter of SORBA (Southern Off-Road Bicycle Association). Founded in 2013, SORBA Orlando has grown to include six distinct and fun trails in and around Orlando and its suburbs, with more trail miles on the way!  SORBA Orlando trails offer everything from family-friendly places to ride, endurance bike races and time trials, skills-building sections, and opportunities to give back to the community.
